Billing and credit questions
Each translation job shows an estimated credit cost before you confirm. Credits are deducted when the job starts.
Subscription credits expire at the end of the current billing cycle, not at the end of the calendar month. For monthly plans, credits are valid until your next renewal date. For annual plans, credits are released month by month and each batch is valid through the next monthly release. Purchased credit packs and subscriber top-ups remain valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Cancellation stops future credit grants. Credits already issued remain usable until their own expiry dates.
Refunds claw back the credits originally issued by that purchase or billing event. If those credits were already used, your account balance can become negative until it is topped up.
